These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through the Headonistic online booking system, WhatsApp booking assistant, or any other digital booking method provided by Headonistic Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Headonistic reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on request or via our website. Continued use of our booking services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Headonistic operates primarily by appointment. We do not operate set walk-in hours and may not be open if no appointments are scheduled. Walk-in clients may be accommodated at our discretion, but this cannot be guaranteed and you may be turned away without a prior booking. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend booking in advance. All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from our booking system.
Please ensure you book the correct service. If you are unsure which service is right for you, the team will be happy to advise at your appointment or you can book a free consultation where applicable.
You are responsible for arriving at the correct time and location for your appointment. Our address is 43 Albert Road, Widnes, WA8 6AB.
Our standard opening hours are:
Monday: 0930 – 1730 (Appointment Only with Jake)
Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday: 0930 – 1730 (Appointment Only with Navid)
Thursday: 0930 – 1730
Friday: 0930 – 1730
Saturday: 0930 – 1730
Sunday: 1000 – 1600
We reserve the right to vary our opening hours on bank holidays or for other operational reasons. Any changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). Prices shown at the time of booking are the prices you will be charged unless otherwise agreed. Where the wrong service has been selected this will be amended.
Barbering services carry different weekday and weekend pricing. Weekend rates apply to Saturday appointments. All other services have a single price regardless of the day.
Some services are listed as “from” prices. The final price may vary depending on individual requirements and will be confirmed at your appointment or consultation.
Headonistic reserves the right to amend its prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed at the previous price.
For services valued at £35 or above, we require card details to be held at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged at the point of booking, card details are held securely as a guarantee against late cancellation or non-attendance (see Section 6).
Full payment for all services is due on the day of your appointment. We accept debit cards and credit cards. We do not accept cheques.
Your card details are processed and stored securely in compliance with PCI DSS standards. We do not have direct access to your full card number once stored.
Weekday appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the service cost. No-shows may be charged 100% of the booked service.
Weekend appointments are in high demand. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made within 12 hours may be charged 100% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.
Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to pay in full at the time of booking for future appointments, or refusal of service at our discretion.
If you arrive significantly late, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule the appointment. In some cases this may be treated as a late cancellation.
For certain services or where a history of late cancellations or no-shows exists, we reserve the right to request card details or a deposit at the time of booking. This will be communicated to you in advance. Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not met.
Customers who repeatedly fail to attend or cancel at short notice may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit for all future bookings, or may be declined service at our discretion.
In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will give you as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule at a time convenient to you. No charges will apply to cancellations made by us.
For any service that involves piercing the skin, including but not limited to body piercings, microneedling, dermal fillers, fat dissolve injections, skin boosters, polynucleotides, PDO threads, and chemical peels, you are required to complete a consent form before your appointment.
Important: You must provide a valid email address when booking any of the above services. If a consent form has not been completed prior to your appointment, we may need to use part of your appointment time to complete it, reschedule your appointment or charge for the additional time.

Certain services require a consultation before treatment can be booked. These include all dermal filler treatments, perms, chemical straightening, Japanese straightening, and hair system installations. Consultations for these services are provided free of charge.
Booking a treatment that requires a prior consultation without having attended one may result in your appointment being converted to a consultation only. The treatment will then be scheduled separately following your consultation.
In exceptional circumstances, a treatment may proceed prior to consultation if a disclaimer is signed in person at the time of the appointment. This is at the discretion of the practitioner.
Clients of all ages are welcome for barbering services.
Clients aged under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must be present throughout the appointment and provide valid photo ID. The parent or guardian will be required to sign the consent form on behalf of the minor.
Intimate piercings (nipple, genital) are strictly available only to clients aged 18 and over, in accordance with UK law. Valid photo ID is required.
Perms, chemical straightening, and chemical relaxing treatments for clients under 16 are not covered by our professional insurance as they fall outside the manufacturer’s age recommendations. We therefore recommend booking a consultation first so the practitioner can assess the hair, conduct a patch test, and discuss the treatment with you and your child. Should you wish to proceed, a parent or legal guardian must be present and sign a disclaimer prior to treatment.

All injectable treatments (fillers, fat dissolve, skin boosters, polynucleotides, PDO threads) are available only to clients aged 18 and over. Valid photo ID may be requested.
Certain chemical treatments, including hair colouring, perms, chemical straightening, and chemical peels, may require a patch test at least 24 hours before your appointment. This is to check for allergic reactions and ensure your safety.
If a patch test is recommended, Jake will advise you at the point of booking or at a prior consultation. If you attend for a chemical treatment without a required patch test, we may be unable to proceed and the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Due to reduced Saturday operating hours, services with a duration exceeding 80 minutes cannot be booked on Saturdays. This includes certain hair colouring, perm, straightening, and hair treatment services. Alternative weekday appointments will be offered.
Certain treatments require specific preparation to achieve the best results:
Keratin / Brazilian Blow Dry: Do not apply conditioner to your hair for 72 hours prior to your appointment.
Injectable treatments: Avoid alcohol, aspirin, and anti-inflammatory medications (such as ibuprofen) for 24 hours before and after your appointment where possible.
Specific preparation instructions will be provided at the time of booking or at your consultation where applicable.
Headonistic takes every care to deliver safe, professional treatments to the highest standard. However, individual results may vary and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. The goal of all treatments is improvement, and results depend on a range of factors including individual physiology, aftercare adherence, and lifestyle.
By proceeding with a treatment, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the potential risks, benefits, and alternatives, and that you consent to the treatment being carried out.
Headonistic will not be held liable for adverse effects resulting from the client’s failure to disclose relevant medical history, failure to follow pre- or post-treatment advice, or the use of alcohol, medications, or other substances contrary to advice given.
If you have any concerns following a treatment, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to address them.
We collect and process your personal data (including name, contact details, email address, and medical/health information where relevant) for the purposes of providing our services, managing bookings, sending consent forms, and communicating appointment-related information.
Your data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law, or with your explicit consent. Health and medical information provided on consent forms is treated as confidential and stored in accordance with UK GDPR.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
By booking with us, you consent to receiving appointment-related communications via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or telephone.
We are committed to providing a welcoming, respectful environment for all clients and staff. Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards any member of the Headonistic team will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your appointment, removal from the premises, and refusal of future bookings.
We take pride in the quality of our services. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience, please raise it with Jake or Navid directly at your appointment or contact us afterwards via email, WhatsApp, or complete an anonymous feedback form sent after your appointment. We will do our best to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
